Mariel & Stephen | Wedding Ceremony at The 4 Eleven in Fort Worth

January 23, 2020

Mariel and Stephen’s winter wedding truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Not just because of how stunning Mariel was in her classic lace ballgown, or because Stephen looked every bit the dapper prince in his black bowtie and tuxedo, but also because of how much joy they shared with their friends and family – and fur babies! – throughout their wedding day. And how can you not feel like bonafide royalty when you have sweet puppy kisses to start your day?

A big part of what made the day so special is how they chose to honor their loved ones during their day. There were so many incredibly personal touches that made the wedding wholly unique. For instance, Mariel’s mom wrapped her Grandmother’s strand of pearls around her bouquet. Later, her sisters walked the couple’s three pups down the aisle.

A close friend of the couple, Cameron, performed the ceremony, making everyone laugh and tear up in the process.

And before their epic dance party of a reception kicked off, Mariel and Stephen shared a first dance to a song close to their heart, one written by their friend and groomsman who happens to be a great country musician in the band Flatland Cavalry.

Truly everyone was beaming with happiness from beginning to end. It’s clear how much these two love one another, and the friends and family that have been such strong support along the way.
