I loved getting to hang out with Liz & Josh this past weekend when they came into down from New Braunsfels. They filled me in how they met on New Years Eve a few years ago through mutual friends. I am so excited to photograph their wedding in October at City Club in Fort Worth. Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session.

Damaris and Carlos are expecting a little girl named Emerie in just a few weeks!  I can’t wait to meet her and I know they are dying with anticipation as well.  They joined me along with their fur babies for some family portraits to showcase this special time in their lives.  I always adore photographing maternity sessions as we only get to be in the special place of carrying a child a few times in our lives.  Congrats you two!  You are going to be awesome parents!

Over St. Patrick’s weekend I met up with Melissa & Carl at Times Ten Cellar where they will be having their reception in May. I had so much fun getting to know them over a glass of wine.  We went to many places that are significant in their relationship. We strolled by what used to be 8.0 where they met and went to the wall where Carl proposed to Melissa. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

I am so excited to share this post.  This weekend I got to hang out with Elyse and Kaleb.  They were so much fun to be with and I had a blast getting to know and photograph them.  Elyse and Kaleb met at TCU and Kaleb was a pitcher for the TCU baseball team and now plays for the Twins.   They will be getting married in October at Ashton Gardens.  These two were such a hoot and I am so excited to get to photograph their wedding.  Please enjoy some of my favorites from their Fort Worth Engagement Session.

OH my GOODNESS!  I can not believe this little one is a year old already!  I have loved watching her grow this year.  I am truly lucky that people trust me to capture this all important first year for their children.  From her newborn pics, to sitting, standing, and finally walking every moment has been so special.  Her cake smash was especially cool because it was her first ever taste of sugar!  I think she liked it.  :)

Pardon the long post but this has not one but TWO families in it!  These sisters are SMART, smart, smart.  They both have little babys just a few weeks apart and for the holidays they knew there would be no better gift than these precious gran babies all together for their family and pictures of their new little ones.  Kelly and Rachel wrangled their husbands and kids and gave me 2 hours of their time so we could get photos of each family and all together.  I had so much fun!

Look at sweet Jonah loving on his baby brother, Asher, and his cousin, Mabry.  He is such a lover and was so excited to have both his babies with him!

Kelly and Joseph just had their first little one, Mabry.  At 4 weeks she slept through the entire session and was all cute and squishy.  I wanted to just squeeze her!  They are one of past wedding clients so it was so cool to see how their lives have changed since the big day.

Rachel & Morgan have TWO boys!  Big brother Jonah and baby Asher.  Jonah was a bundle of energy and it was great to get to know them.  He made silly faces and generally wanted to hug and kiss his brother.

The Watson family were great subjects and super easy to work with.  I mean, look at these gorgeous girls!  It is always fun to work with little ones (They are super cute) but I really take so much satisfaction in photographing teenagers.  It is especially nice when two sisters are as sweet as these two were.  Thanks for allowing me to spend some time with you and I hope to again soon!

Happy Halloween!  In honor of the holiday we wanted to share this sweet mini session with costumes!  This little pumpkin is getting so BIG!  It had been awhile since I had seen her and was SO excited to get to capture another Halloween for Avery.  This year Mom came with 2 costumes, a peacock and a pumpkin, and a sweet Halloween themed outfit.  At almost 2 little miss Avery was running ALL around but in between her sprints we captured some super cute photos of her.  Can’t wait to see her again soon!

Lauren and Davin have one of my favorite stories of how they met. Lauren and Devin actually met about 11 years ago at church camp on the beaches of Florida.  They then kept in touch over the years even though Devin lived in Louisiana and Lauren lived in Texas.  Then a few years ago Lauren made the decision to move to Louisiana and be with Devin. Lauren and Devin will be getting married this upcoming September in Fort Worth and I am so excited for their wedding. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

This past Sunday I had an adventure with Kimberly & Rob. We started by going to Trinity Park and climbing on the railroad tracks there. We then went to various urban walls near our studio. We bonded over our love for the show GREEK which Kimberly and Rob described their relationship as the two main characters involving rival fraternities and sororities.  I always love hearing the stories of how our couples met and Kimberly and Rob were friends for years and started dating about 8 months ago and knew they were meant to be together.
