Can I just say how much I love this couple?  Katlyn & Matt are so great together and they are so much fun to be around.  They were married this past weekend at TCU’s Robert Carr Chapel.  I think it was a long morning for both of them because they were both very anxious and excited to see each other and finally be married.  They followed their beautiful ceremony with a rockin’ reception at The Ashton Depot in Downtown Fort Worth.  Both Katlyn and Matt are big into wine and cigars, so naturally that theme occurred at their reception with wine corks for place card holders and their very own cigar roller.  Please take a minute to enjoy some of my favorite images from their beautiful Fort Worth wedding.

Last weekend I was out in Dallas for Justine & David’s wedding. They started the day by getting ready in downtown at different hotels. From the hotels they went to have a beautiful afternoon ceremony at St. Rita Catholic Church.  Justibe & David wanted to make the most of the time they had with their close friends so between the ceremony and reception we went to a lookout over the Trinity River to do some photos in front of downtown Dallas and then to the Belmont Hotel for some drinks with their wedding party.  Once the reception started at eM the Venue it was non stop fun. They had several surprises for their guests that included a choreographed first dance, the TCU Horned Frog, & confetti at the end of the night. Here are some of my favorites from their Dallas wedding.

Lindsay & Nathan are such a sweet,  energetic couple. I loved how expressive they were throughout their wedding day and just kept each other smiling and laughing.  Lindsay and Nathan are both graduates of TCU so I loved their their colors were purple and everything was TCU themed from the purple bridesmaid dresses to the horned frog cake topper. They even made sure the DJ announced the score of the TCU football game that day which they won.  Their day started with an early afternoon ceremony at Robert Carr Chapel and then continued into downtown with their reception at Embassy Suites.  Their reception was a non stop dance party with Lindsay and her girls showing off all their dance moves. After the reception I went to Lindsay and Nathan’s hotel room to get some photos of him carrying her over the threshold and in their room before they joined their friends to celebrate the rest of the night. Lindsay and Nathan are such an adorable couple I had such an amazing time with last week. It’s always fun discovering things about each other and we had one of my favorite conversations where we each discussed what type of animal we would be. The playful nature continued into their session where we went to TCU frog fountain at the end of the session so they could play in the water.  TCU is where Lindsay and Nathan met and where they will be getting married so I knew we had to end the session there.

Last week on a beautiful afternoon I met up with Kaitlin and Paul and we went around Fort Worth to one of my favorite spots, this amazing abandoned building. We then went to the TCU soccer field where Kaitlin and Paul have spent a lot of time at during their relationship since Paul works at TCU for the soccer teams. Kaitlin and Paul are such a fun goofy couple who enjoy just making each other laugh. They were adorable and would always end up putting their faces together as their signature look or Paul would bury his head into Kaitlin’s neck during their session. Last week I met up with Cacy and AC for their engagement session. These two met a couple years ago when they both went to TCU, so of course we had to stop there to take a few pictures! Their wedding is next year at TCU‘s Robert Carr Chapel and McDavid Studios. I can’t wait! I had a blast getting to know these two, and listening to AC sing to us girls all afternoon:) Here are a few of my favorites.
