Brianna & Ross – Portraits at TCU Campus and Reception at the Modern Art MuseumFort Worth, Texas

Brianna & Ross got married in Hawaii (yes please!) and chose to have a reception here in Fort Worth for friends and family who couldn’t make it.  These two cuties met at TCU, so of course we had to go there to get some photos before the reception.  Let me tell you, these two are troopers!  It was a hot day, and by hot I mean Texas hot but they still walked around campus to get some photos!  We were able to explore the galleries at the Modern Art Museum, which is one of my favorite places here in Fort Worth.  They had a beautiful, candlelight dinner with some toasts and cake cutting to finish up the night.  I am so thankful these two allowed me to be a part of their day!

Jessica & Sidney – Reception at McDavid StudioFort Worth, Texas

These two had a great reception full of dancing and laughter.  Dancing is by far one of my favorite times during a wedding because there is so much energy and people can just let loose!  Jessica and Sidney shared a sweet last dance before leaving with a streamer exit!  It was such a joy photographing this great couple!  Take a look at some of my favorite moments.

Abbey & Ben – Reception at the Ashton DepotFort Worth, TX

After their beautiful ceremony, they headed to the Ashton Depot for their reception.  As the guests arrived to the reception they enjoyed signature cocktails, a mariachi band, hand-rolled cigars, and a picture booth with a beer burro! Inside, the space was transformed with beautiful pink uplighting and lush florals.  Don’t even get me started on the groom’s cake!  Chocolate covered cake balls lined a replica Texas A& M Kyle Field Football Stadium while the brides cake was decorated in pretty pink flowers.  I mean, does it get any better?  The bride and groom entered and went into a fun and sassy dance before a starting a slow dance as their first dance as husband and wife.  As a gift to the father of the bride, the couple brought out a birthday cake and sang to him since his birthday fell on that special day! Then, the dance party got started with a surprise drumline and didn’t stop until the couple left in style in a vintage car.  Check out some of my favorite moments!

Remy & Max – Reception at the Fort Worth ClubFort Worth, Texas

Let me tell you this ballroom was magical!  Justine’s Flowers did a wonderful job in creating this wonderful backdrop for this reception.  With a live band and colorful uplighting, you know it’s going to be a great party.  To make it even better, the brother of the groom decided to surprise the couple by having one of their favorite local artists and talented singer/musician, Grady Spencer, play the song during their first dance as husband and wife!  Take a look at their surprise as they walked in!  The maid of honor also broke out into a rap during toasts, which had everyone laughing.  Their wasn’t a dull moment during this reception!

Here are some of my favorite moments from their fun-filled reception!

Remy & Max – Getting Ready and Ceremony at St. Patrick’s CathedralFort Worth, Texas

Remy and Max got ready for their big day at the Fort Worth Club before heading to St. Patrick’s Cathedral to say “I Do.”  Before the ceremony, Remy decided to have a first look with her dad which had every one in tears, including me!  There is nothing quite like the father/daughter bond!  Both Remy and Max’s parents seemed to play an important role in their relationship, and the couple chose to incorporate them in very special ways throughout the day.

St. Patrick’s is a gorgeous place to get married, and with the full choir, it truly was an amazing ceremony.  These two were all smiles!  Check out some of my favorite moments from the first part of their day!

Cati & Jeff – Ceremony & Reception at MopacFort Worth, Texas

From the beginning it was made known to me that Cati shared a special bond with her sisters (known as the Hall Girls).   Their parents are no longer with them, but let me tell you, that did not put a damper on this day.  These girls share a huge bond, and it was such a sweet moment when her sisters walked Cati down the aisle.  Cati & Jeff said “I Do” at Mopac Event Center which is a venue that opened last year.  Here are some of my favorite moments from their day!

Brooke & Robby – Reception at the Piazza in the VillageColleyville, Texas

On rare occasions does it occur that you get the most perfect sunset light, but let me tell you folks, we got it!  After the ceremony we took some fun wedding party photos outside and just as the sun was setting and creating a wonderful golden glow I was able to snap some photos of Brooke and Robby!  They will make you swoon, and if that isn’t perfect enough the wind caught Brooke’s veil in one of the photos which created a gorgeous moment!  Check out that moment and their reception below!

Alexis & Joshua – Reception at the Omni HotelFort Worth, TX

This reception was a blast! With a great band AND a DJ, you know you are in for a good time!  After a sweet first dance, Alexis stepped on the dance floor with her dad for the father-daughter dance.  After the music started these two busted out into a fun choreographed dance that had everyone smiling!  I am so thankful that I was able to be a part of these two’s day.  They were such a fun and sweet couple to work with!  Check out some of my favorite moments from their beautiful reception at the Omni Hotel in Fort Worth.
