I am so excited to show the photos from Erin & Cory’s engagement session. They wanted a location that is sentimental to them so they chose to do the first part of their session at their home, the first one they bought together. They also wanted to include their 3 dogs, Bailey, Bennett and Harlow in the session. We then went to BRIK a new venue in Fort Worth. It was a good thing it was indoors bc it started storming right when we got there. We then got lucky and the storm broke so we were able to go on the roof and get some photos of the downtown Fort Worth skyline behind them. Here are some of my favorites from their session.
I love this family! Amanda and Cameron were married a few years ago and they live in New Zealand. Having them in town with their new little baby made for the perfect time to sneak in a family photo shoot! This is the first photo they have taken as a family out side of their children’s weddings in a long time. It was fun to catch up with them and see all the things Baby Trip is doing. We photographed this session at their family home.
Last week I had the chance to meet up with Tessa and Brian for their engagement session. They had the great idea to use Brian’s grandmother’s backyard and I loved it. We got very lucky with one of those rare days of beautiful weather and couldn’t have been happier! I absolutely adore these two. They are oh so very sweet and I’m so excited to shoot Tessa’s bridals next week and their wedding that is to be held in May at Possum Kingdom Lake. Please enjoy some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.
I just love this family. Right before the dreadful ice storm rolled in last week I ventured over to their home for this classic holiday portraits. I photographed baby David a few weeks ago but this time around is was time for the grandparents! I adore that they are so close to their grand-babies that they have me out to take portraits of them from time to time. It was my first time to see Avery with her baby brother and I can tell she really likes being a big sister. She played around the tree and it is always fascinating to see the magic of Christmas in a little ones eyes. Merry Christmas!
Alex & Andy are one of those couples that you just can’t help but love. They were married at their home in Azle and it was a beautiful, intimate ceremony with some of their closest family and friends in attendance. Their vows were so sweet and you could feel the love, not only between them, but from their family and friends as well. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to get to know Alex & Andy and to be part of their special day. Please enjoy some of my favorites from their intimate backyard wedding.
A special thanks to the fantastic vendors!

I am so excited to share these photos from Sarah & Philip’s backyard wedding at her parents home. I have known and worked with Sarah for several years and loved seeing her so happy with Philip who is a goofball. He loves to make Sarah laugh even as he shoves cake in her face against her request not to. I just loved being a part of their small, intimate wedding. Here are some of my favorites.
I am so excited about Crystal & Marcus upcoming wedding in November. They are incorporating some unique aspects into their day. Marcus is part of a Pipes and Drums band and they will be playing at their wedding. We started their sessiop at a gorgeous private residence and then went to Trinity Hall Pub where Crystal and Marcus met up for their first date and then many dates after. Here are some of my favorites from their Dallas Engagement session.
I had quite the adventure with Charly & Josh this past weekend. I met them at her parents ranch out in Perrin, TX. There we had fun climbing on hay bales, tractors and even got around to chasing some cows. They were all awake so cow tipping did not come into play. Charly and Josh are two Texans who met while living in Oklahoma. I am so excited for their wedding this August at The Orchard in Azle. Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session.
I had so much fun last week when I shot Sara & Brad’s engagement session in Downtown Fort Worth and their new home they had just closed on. I actually live in the same neighborhood as their new home so we talked a lot about the area and I am so excited that for their wedding they chose to use many vendors from the same neighborhood. I love how Sara & Brad were constantly making each other laugh and how they just enjoy being silly. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.
