A great conference is about so much more than the sessions, and the Be Sage Conference 2024 in San Miguel de Allende proved it. Some of the best connections happened away from the breakout rooms — starting with the welcoming party and a hands-on cooking class.
The welcome event set the tone perfectly: a casual, joyful night out with friends and fellow wedding and event pros, all soaking in the beauty of San Miguel de Allende. From there, the cooking class brought everyone together over food, laughter, and the kind of relaxed connection that turns colleagues into community.
These are the multifaceted moments we love documenting at a destination conference — the mixers, the networking, the shared meals. Capturing the energy and the little details of these gatherings gives the host a full, vibrant story of the experience, not just the classroom side of it.
