Did you start planning a big wedding for the future, only to start questioning, “why wait?” That’s exactly how Emily and Garrett felt. So, instead of taking a year to plan their dream wedding, they opted to plan their dream “engagement party” and then surprise (shock!) guests with the news that it was, in fact, their wedding day.
A surprise wedding is such a fun way to celebrate the start of your life as husband and wife, without all the waiting. And a wonderful wedding planner can help make the entire process a lot less stressful, so you can focus on the most difficult task of just holding onto such a huge and wonderful surprise.
The rainbow color scheme for the flowers and other decor for this engagement-party-turned-wedding just added to the festive feel of the whole day, and gave guests lots of places to mingle and sip champagne. First while celebrating their friends’ engagement, and then waiting for the ceremony to begin. We loved how the various seating arrangements, including lots of cute lounge furniture, helped utilize the great space of the Sinclair Hotel’s rooftop, and gave ample opportunities to enjoy the gorgeous skyline views of downtown Fort Worth.
And after the incredibly touching ceremony it was time for the dance party to begin.
