Amanda and Marc had to wait so long for their wedding day. Originally planned for 2020, this adventure-loving couple was all set to celebrate with their nearest and dearest when Covid hit and drastically altered their plans.
Since they live overseas, travel became impossible, both for them and many of their family and friends, causing them to postpone. Thankfully, their planner Georgette set out to make the changes as stress-free as possible, and allowed them to continue planning their absolute dream wedding… just for a future date.
And fortunately, when their new wedding day did finally roll around, everything seemed to fall right into place.
After champagne toasts with friends and a touching first look with her dad, it was time for Amanda and Marc to get married.
The outdoor space at Arlington Hall which is set on a hill overlooking Turtle Creek was gorgeous, decked out in colorful florals. And the weather was dreamy, perfect for a Dallas destination wedding. In fact, I’d dare say it was as close to perfect as can be. And I can’t think of a couple that deserved a fairytale wedding more than these two!
After a bit of a wind-caused issue lighting the unity candle, which created a much-appreciated laughter break for both the couple and their moms, it was time for vows, rings, a long awaited kiss, and then a cheer-filled exit as husband and wife. At last!
