It’s amazing how one weekend you’re photographing this beautiful wedding on a perfect spring day and the next you’re being quarantined and couples are having to postpone their events. It kind of puts things in perspective and makes you think about what’s important in life. I am so grateful that I was able to be with Amanda and Preston on the biggest day of their lives before all of this coronavirus craziness hit us. Their day is truly a testament of why I love what I do. I photographed Amanda’s older sister’s wedding a few years ago, so it meant so much that they picked me again to continue documenting these special moments for their family. These two are so much fun. I love Amanda and her sassy/sweet nature and Preston and his calm and loving presence. They complement each other so well and had so many sweet moments throughout the day. I love that both times (first look and ceremony) that Preston saw Amanda for the “first time” he couldn’t help but tear up! They both were just so happy and you could really feel how much love they have for each other. Please take a break from all of the insanity of the world and enjoy some pure happiness from their first look and ceremony.
