I have been looking forward to Allison and Jacob’s wedding day all year! I cannot believe it has already come and gone, but it was absolutely perfect. It had been raining like crazy all week long and it wasn’t looking good for their wedding day. When you have all of you portraits planned for outdoors and it’s supposed to be a monsoon the day of your wedding, it can be a little stressful. With such a great team of vendors, we put our heads together to figure out backup plans and back up back up plans. It rained pretty heavy early in the morning, but we were truly blessed with no more rain for the rest of the day and were able to do Allison and Jacob’s first look outside, just like they wanted! It was a beautiful first look too. I love the big ole smile on Jacob’s face as he turns around to see Allison for the first time. Everyone agreed that they just looked like the perfect Disney prince and princess. I feel like we should send their photos to Disney and have them create characters based off of them! We had a blast out at the Kimbell Art Museum taking photos with them and their fun wedding party. It may not have continued to rain, but we sill had fun with the umbrellas! Enjoy some of my very favorites from getting ready and their first look and be sure to check back for the ceremony and reception!
