Be Sage 2025 Closing Dinner & Party at Fairmont Mayakoba
By the final night, a conference has become something more than its agenda — a group of people who arrived as colleagues and are leaving as friends. The 2025 Be Sage Conference closed with a dinner and party at Fairmont Mayakoba that gave everyone a beautiful, celebratory send-off in the Riviera Maya.
We photographed the whole arc of the evening. It began with the thoughtfully designed details and tablescapes, moved into a dinner where the week’s conversations came full circle, and we made time for portraits of attendees dressed for the occasion. Then came the toasts, the thank-yous, and a party that filled the floor with dancing well into the night.
The details deserve their own attention too. From the florals and place settings to the lighting and the last of the golden light over the resort, a closing party is often where a host’s vision is most fully realized. Documenting it means honoring both the big-picture atmosphere and the small, intentional touches that made the night feel complete.
