I am excited to share Mary Jane and Jesse’s engagement session!! I photographed Mary Jane’s sister’s wedding a few years ago and now it is her turn and I am so glad I get to photograph her and Jesse on their big day. Since this is Texas and it is so dang hot and humid, we decided to start early in the morning when it is almost cooler and slightly less humid. We began at Mary Jane and Jesse’s super cute home in Dallas and had a few photos taken with their fluffy kitty named Sterling. I can’t say that I have ever photographed a cat in engagement photos before and even though Sterling acted in true cat nature and wasn’t exactly thrilled to have his time in the spotlight, we still got some good shots of him. I think he will be happy with them ;). I loved getting to hang out with Jesse and Mary Jane. They had some fun location ideas for their session and it was nice to have some new spots I don’t normally get to photograph. These two will be getting married in November and I can’t wait!!
