Macenzie & Justin | Engagement at Trinity Park and Magnolia Area in Fort Worth

June 5, 2019

When we first met up for their engagement session, Macenzie let me know she was hoping for some really dreamy and romantic shots of her and her high school sweetheart turned fiancé, Justin. No problem, I thought. It’s clear how much these two love each other!
I mean, Justin was even wearing a promise ring when I met him, which I thought was really cool.
Fortunately, I think we were able to get those shots she wanted and more. We captured lots of images of them being playful and silly, together. Even caught a photobomb by a trio of geese, or maybe ganders! And that’s a definite first for me.
I will say that if I could control the weather (which for the record; I cannot) I would probably not have picked such an incredibly windy day for their engagement session. However, I’m so happy and proud of us that we were able to make it work. It was a bit of a team effort taming Macenzie’s gorgeous long locks, but I’m totally in love with the results.

Not only did the breeze help keep us cool, it made for lots of laughs and I love when engagement sessions feel fun and lighthearted, like this one did.
I’m so excited to be on this journey with you guys, and I’m excited for your wedding day! Whatever the weather gives us, we’ll totally make it work.
