Lindsay & Keith – Wedding Reception at The Modern Art Museum

January 18, 2018

Lindsay and Keith had their reception at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.  The Modern is absolutely one of my favorite places and their reception was made even more special with some personal touches like Lindsay’s sister and brother-in-law singing their first dance song.

“My sister and brother-in-law (Liz and Parker or “The Double Whiskey Straits”) played our first dance song (Queen’s You’re my best friend) and did a mini-set later on in the night. It was really awesome to continue the sister tradition of choosing a Queen song for a first dance (Liz & Parker had Queen’s Fat Bottomed Girls as their first dance) and special because they are so musically talented and it was fun to show em off.”

One thing I always love about the Modern is getting to spend some alone time with my couples in the gallery.  It makes for some amazing photos and some well deserved alone time for Lindsay and Keith.  They were also such troopers by letting me take them outside in the freezing cold to get some photos with the twinkles lights in the trees. The rest of the night was spent catching up with friends and dancing like crazy people on the dance floor.

We had so much fun celebrating with Lindsay, Keith and their families.  Please enjoy some of my favorites from their Modern reception.  Congratulations Lindsay and Keith!
