June in Texas is known for being pretty warm and the day before Lauren and Russell’s wedding was definitely a scorcher. Luckily, their big day was cooled off by a little big of morning rain and some cloud coverage. I loved getting to hang out with Lauren and her girls while they were getting ready. Everyone was so chill and relaxed and just excited to be there! Everything was just about as perfect as it could be (a big part of that is thanks to the amazing event coordinators, Maxwell + Grey!). The bridesmaids wore beautiful gray dresses that brought out the nice green and blush colors of their flowers. Lauren was absolutely stunning in her wedding dress that had a gorgeous illusion neckline. I’m pretty sure she knocked Russell’s socks off when he saw her walking down the aisle toward him. Lauren and Russell were married at Hickory Street Annex surrounded by many large windows, letting in rays of light and showing off the luscious greenery in the background, setting up the perfect scene. As soon as they were pronounced husband and wife, Lauren threw her bouquet in the air in a fist pump of victory.
