Katie & Keegan – Engagement Session at the Kimbell Art Musuem & Magnolia AreaFort Worth, TX

“Keegan and I went to high school together; he actually asked me out once but I was grounded! Fast forward to right after college and we ran into each other at a party and reconnected. He lived in Austin and I was in Arlington but we became good friends and kept in touch over the years. We started dating in February of 2016 and did long distance. I moved to Austin in November 2016 and we got engaged in April of 2017” – Katie

These two get married this summer and I am pumped!  Here are some of my favorite moments from their session!

Sara & Brad Wedding at Marty Leonard Chapel & Reception at Reata Restauarant Part 2- Romantic Portraits, Details & Reception.

As Promised here is the second part of Sara & Brad’s fabulous wedding day. In doing the first look it allowed for me to spend some extra time with Sara & Brad alone before and after their ceremony. Here are some of my favorite portraits from their day along with their details. They had several little details that I loved. They had rings custom made which Brad’s son carried in a box Brad had made with the design he drew for their invitations carved in it. The flowers completed the day designed by Vivi Gray. They then had a relaxing reception where they enjoyed the time with their close family and friends. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth wedding.

Love how Sara and her dad cracked each other up.

Tearing up during her dad’s toast.

Ashley & Brittney from Vera Green Productions demonstrating cake cutting.

This was one of my favorite cake cuttings. Love how they just went for smashing it into each others faces.

They completed the day with lots of dancing with their families.

Sara & Brad-Wedding at Marty Leonard Chapel Part 1- Preparation, First Look & Ceremony

Sara & Brad’s wedding day was overflowed with so much love I knew I had to share it over a few days.  Sara actually had a chance to do two first looks before her and Brad’s ceremony. One was with her dad at the home she and Brad share. This was special because Sara is the only girl in a family filled with 3 brothers.  After her first look with her dad Sara and I headed to The Rosenhouse Inn where Brad was waiting for her. We did their first look in the courtyard of the Inn. I loved their huge smiles as they saw each other for the first time. They kept those huge smiles for the whole rest of their day. Stay tuned next week for the second part of their day which includes romantic portraits, details & the reception.

Love this simple moment of Sara walking down the stairs of her house.

Peeking as her Dad walked in the house.

Seeing his daughter for the first time in her dress.

Helping put the cufflinks on she bought him. They read ” I Loved You First.”

Seeing each other in their first look.

Brad reading the card Sara him wrote moments before the ceremony begins

A sweet moment between Father & Son before the ceremony.

Brad’s son was the ring bearer and carried the rings they had custom designed.

Ready to Celebrate!
