I met Janel and Samuel up at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens for their engagement photos which is where they also had their first date this year. om April 1. Janel admitted she did worry for a minute that it was a joke but it was not and now Janel and Samuel are getting married next month. For the first part of their session they included Samuel’s children Chris & Natalia. I love that they included them as they are becoming a new family. Afterwards we went to the stockyards and concluded by watching the daily cattle drive. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

Cassie and Billy’s engagement session was so much fun! We started the session in downtown Fort Worth so we could make a stop in front of Del Frisco’s where they got engaged.  We then came back over by the walls near our studio where Cassie and Billy had to show their support of the Texas Rangers while in the world series.  They had a lot of fun playing with the claws and antlers sign. We then headed over to the Botanic Gardens where the sun was beginning  to set so I loved  the warm light I had to play with. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

Last week I had such a fun time hanging out with Meg and Corey who’s wedding is coming up at the beginning of November. Meg and Corey are work together to flip houses so I wanted to take them to some places that look a little under construction so we started out at some walls around are studio. I also know they love the historic sides of Fort Worth so we went to the Old Post Office by downtown. Meg is making a lot of the decorations for their wedding so she brought along a LOVE sign to include in their session. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

I was so excited this week to get to photograph Courtney for her Senior portraits. I  did some head shots for her mother a few months ago and I always love getting to know the whole family. Courtney is headed into her senior year at Martin High school which is where I graduated many years ago and it was interesting to hear how it has changed. I loved how playful Courtney is and willing to try anything I suggested.

The other morning I had so much fun going around Downtown Fort Worth and the Botanic Gardenswith Megan & Carson. Megan & Carson are high school sweethearts who will be getting married next year exactly a year to the date they got engaged! They are just too adorable and I cannot wait for their wedding next June.

Eden & Finnley are growing SO fast!  I can’t believe it was just 6 months ago that I photographed their newborn session at Trish & Scott’s house.  It was amazing to see how they have developed and how different they are from one another as well.  I am sure by their one year birthday they will have me running after them!  This cuties are to die for and they did so good for me despite the heat at the Botanic Gardens a few weekends ago.  Here are some favorites from their second session of their Baby’s First Year Package.
