Bailey – Class of 2017Senior Portrait

Tracy Autem 2015

It is so fun to get a beautiful young lady in front of my camera to celebrate her senior year!  Bailey is the cousin of 2 of my past brides so I was super excited when her Mom asked me to be apart of this special time in her life.  Bailey is a Senior in Kaufman and is a dedicated girl that is smart and sweet and looking forward to college next year.  When she isn’t working hard to graduate early she can be found hanging with her friends and loves to hunt!  Their family are also HUGE Dallas Cowboy fans – they are America’s team!  It’s a good year to be a Cowboys fan so Bailey sported Dak Prescott’s #4 Jersey for some of her photos.  We explored some nature areas and a bit of the stockyards for her photo session.  I loved Bailey’s sense of style and her gorgeous smile!

Congrats on your senior year!

Jaden – Fort Worth Botanic Gardens Child Portraiture

Lightly Photography 2014 http://lightllyphoto.com

It has been a few years since I last saw Jaden and she has grown into a beautiful young lady!  I love her spunky personality and I am so glad she listened to her Mom and wore a dress!  It was so cute with her boots and denim.  We photographed her spring mini session in the Fuller Garden at the Botanic Gardens of Fort Worth. Her Momma, Jamie of Creme de la Creme Cakes jumped in for a few Mother Daughter pics at the end and I am so glad she did.  As a mom it is easy to make pictures about our children and forget to get in them.  Next mission is to get Dad in a  photo.   Thanks for hanging with me and next time we can try to bring the dog!

Allison & Joe {Married} Part 1 Details & Ceremony at Private Ranch in Oakwood Texas

Love this moment during the ceremony as Joe whispers into her ear.

Allison and Joe have become like family over the years. I have been photographing their family for about 2 years now and Joe was the last to get married from the Whitmer clan. Their wedding was a beautiful country wedding out on their families ranch in Oakwood, TX. I photographed Joe’s brother Daniel out at this same spot a couple of years ago-so it was great getting to come back and create more memories for them! These two shared a unique kind of love, with Joe’s silliness and Allison’s beauty both inside and out. Many laughs were shared that night, as well as a few tears-even by me! This family really means the world to me and I can’t wait for the next wedding (although they assure me it’ll be awhile). Here are some of my favorites…there were too many to choose from! Stay tuned for more to come.

Chelsea-Class of 2011

Last week I hung out with Chelsea, a spunky senior who is graduating this week! We had a blast exploring the walls by our studio with her dad and aunt making her laugh the whole time. This girl has great aspirations to be in the Air force once she graduates. I wish her all the luck as she goes through the great change in her life! Here are a few of my favorites…

Brennan & Addison – Children’s photos at the Stockyards in Fort Worth

I love that I get to hang out with some of my portrait clients multiple times a year at each of their milestones.  Earlier this summer I photographed Addison for her 4th birthday and last week I saw her again and met her big brother Brennan.  Brennan just turned 7 so we were focusing on photos of him but also had to get some cute ones of them together and Addison alone for Mom to use on her holiday cards.  We did their session at the Fort Worth Stockyards.  The moment I walked up I knew we were going to have fun, these two precious kids were surrounded by tourists and getting their photo taken.  They truly looked like a little cowboy and cowgirl!  Brennan showed off some of his roping skills during the session and even caught his Mom on the foot.  I love these two and all their shenanigans.  We definitely had some baseball fans as they showed their ranger pride through out the sessions throwing me some “claws” and “moose horns”.  Hope to see you guys again soon!

Mr. & Mrs. Caine Patman-A Private Residence Cleburne Wedding

What a gorgeous couple! Tailer and Caine were married a couple weeks ago at Caine’s parents beautiful house in Cleburne. It poured the whole morning but when the rain cleared it left a beautiful evening of dancing, laughter and even fireworks! My favorite part of the day was when their relatives surprised them with a dance they had learned just for the night-Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. It was a great moment and lended to lots of laughter! Here are some of my favorites from their day.
