For Photographers

Tracy Autem has a background in education and a heart for teaching.  Tracy has a K-12 certification in Art and 5 years of high school teaching experience while building her business before moving to full time photography.  Out of this desire she started our associate team and continues to work with interns and looking for teaching opportunity in the photography and wedding community.  Please see below for information on Internships and one on one training opportunities.

Interns

If you are interested in interning with Tracy Autem & Lightly Photography, Inc. please contact us with your resume and a link to your portfolio.  Only 1 intern is accepted per semester and a 3 month minimum commitment and 8 hours per week is required.  Interns are expected to share their time between office and live shoots from weddings to portrait sessions so they can gain the most from the experience.  It is not necessary for an intern to be in college or have attended college but we are able to work with your university if credit is needed.

One on One Training

If you are a photographer looking to hone your skills behind the camera, in front of the computer editing or on the business end a One on One may be for you.  These 2 day trainings are completely tailored to your needs and can include hands on shooting with models.  One on One’s are only available at select times due to our studio’s busy schedule.  The cost for a training session with Tracy is $2000. 2 days starting at 9 am and going until late with 3 follow up phone calls to help you implement any changes in your business are included as well as food, snacks and as much coffee as needed during our time together.

Ginae B. McDonald - January 30, 2011 - 2:31 am

Hello!
I am interested in interning with you. You have mastered the light!

I am retired, so time restraints aren’t necessarily an issue.

Also, I might like to do a 4-5 question interview for my page at the examiner: http://www.examiner.com/photography-in-fort-worth/ginae-b-mcdonald

When would your next intern time slot become available and what do you think about the interview?

Thanks much!
