Some milestones deserve to be documented, and a company’s 40th anniversary is absolutely one of them. We were honored to be there as Basden Steel celebrated four decades in business at Tannahill’s in the Fort Worth Stockyards.
There is real value in professionally capturing monumental company moments like this. An anniversary of this size brings together the people who built something over decades — leadership, employee-owners, and families — and those images become part of the company’s story: a record of how far they have come and a way to honor everyone who helped get them there. Years from now, these are the photos a company looks back on.
Founded in 1985 by Bruce Basden, Basden Steel has grown from fewer than ten employees into a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned company with more than 700 employee-owners. Over 40 years, the team has completed more than 1,000 projects valued at over $2 billion — the structural steel behind schools, hospitals, and large-scale projects across Texas and beyond. Getting to help them mark such a meaningful milestone was a true privilege.
The celebration came together beautifully at Tannahill’s, with planning and design by Tami Winn Events and live music from Intensity keeping the energy high all night — a fitting party for four decades of hard work.

Basden Steel is a repeat client we treasure. We have had the privilege of celebrating not only their business milestones but their personal ones too — including founder Bruce’s Texas Aggie 70th birthday. There is something special about growing alongside a client and their family over the years.
