Mary & Bobby were such a sweet couple. These two were married last week at Christ Chapel Bible Church in Ft. Worth and had their reception at the Colonial Country Club. It was definitely a fabulous event with a great line up of vendors like Bliss Bridal who did all of their dresses, and Trey and the Tritones who rocked out their reception. I loved the way these two looked at each other all night, like they were the only two in the room. You could definitely tell how deeply in love they are icon smile Mary & Bobby {Married} at Christ Chapel Community Church and Colonial Country Club Ft. Worth I really enjoyed photographing their wedding and here are all of my favorites from their day.

The other morning I had so much fun going around Downtown Fort Worth and the Botanic Gardenswith Megan & Carson. Megan & Carson are high school sweethearts who will be getting married next year exactly a year to the date they got engaged! They are just too adorable and I cannot wait for their wedding next June.

Last weekend I had an amazing time photographing the wedding of Marla & Jon. They are such a sweet fun loving couple. I loved how one moment they would go from embracing on the dance floor to a full out dancing without the music ever changing. They atrted the day with a ceremony at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, went downtown to have some drinks and then ended with a rocking reception at The Renaissance Worthington. The day was completed with the following vendors:

Last Tami Winn & La Fleur Couture

Bridal Boutique Lewisville

Creme de la Creme

Trey and the Tritones

Stationary – Announce, Invite, & Delight

Men’s Wearhouse

Hair and Makeup by Whitney Bryner

Cheyenne and Brad were such a fun, relaxed couple. We met up last week to photograph their engagement session and get to know each other a little bit. Their wedding is coming up soon in August at Christ Chapel Bible Church and the fabulous Reata Rooftop. It is sure to be a beautiful wedding, and will definitely have some GREAT food!

Michelle and Justin’s wedding day was filled with some really beautiful moments. I just loved watching Michelle and her grandparents interact with each other. One of the moments that really made me tear up was when Michelle’s grandmother held her hand and prayed for her as she was being zipped into her dress. It really was such a special moment between the two of them. Then as her grandfather was able to walk her down the aisle towards the love of her life! It was so special that they were able to share this day with them. Another one of my favorite moments was after the ceremony as they were walking out of the chapel they shared what was called a “reflection” time, that was so sweet and genuinely happy. These moments are what make doing my job so much fun.

This week I got to spend the morning of the 4th of July with an amazing couple Ashton & Cameron! It was so much fun to get out of Fort Worth and photograph somewhere new. We started at  ranch in where Ashton used to work. On the ranch we got to play with their beautiful horses. We then went to the Oakdale Steakhouse which is an amazing old building that has been restored along with a Soda Shoppe next door. It had a lot of fun unique props we played with.  Ashton and Cameron were so fun and I loved how adventurous they were.

This week I spent some quality time with the Webster Family taking their family portraits. Kathy Webster came to us last week to get some headshots taken for her gallery show, and so this week I met up with her entire family at their house to get some more pictures done. Kathy and her husband, Charlie had such a beautiful home in the heart of Ft. Worth that we decided to do the portraits there. I loved being around this big family! It was great getting to know all of them. Here are a few of my favorites from their session…

A wedding is nothing without the moments. Cacy and Aaron had great moments from the beginning of the day until the end of the night with both their friends and their family. This is what makes me love my job! They also had a crew of our favorite vendors that helped make that happen like Tami Winn Events, i-Entertainment, Creme De La Creme, Bliss Bridal and the Reata.

I love when my couples come to me with something new. I met with Andrea and Adam last week for their session and she wanted to show them in their everyday work attire. She is a personal trainer and he sells dental equipment so we started around the studio in her work out attire and he in business wear.  They are also sending out invites for their wedding and wanted to include their date in their photos so we played with canvas’s of the date.  We then went to one of our favorite abandoned building (one of the few that is still standing) and then to the Fort Worth Stockyards. I love how close Andrea and Adam are and how they knew from the minute they met at church they were going to get married. I am so excited for their wedding in October and here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

Cacy and Aaron had a very TCU wedding from the bridesmaids gowns, flowers and even their socks! These two tied the knot last weekend at Robert Carr Chapel and had their reception at McDavid Studios. We had such a great time on their wedding day, and they were so sweet to each other. We we were able to take some time to drive around between the ceremony and reception and get some oh so romantic shots in downtown Ft. Worth. From their details to their moments their day really was spectacular. Here are a few of my favorites from their details and romantics…stay tuned for more to come!!
