Last week I hung out with Chelsea, a spunky senior who is graduating this week! We had a blast exploring the walls by our studio with her dad and aunt making her laugh the whole time. This girl has great aspirations to be in the Air force once she graduates. I wish her all the luck as she goes through the great change in her life! Here are a few of my favorites…

Last Friday Amie and John got married at Aristide Events Center in Mansfield. It has been a pretty rainy month and we were anxiously watching the weather on their wedding day. It did end up raining but we were blessed that it stopped and then waited until after the ceremony to start up again. I met Amie and John a year and a half ago and have been so excited for their wedding day to come. The day was completed with the flowers by Flower Trends , catering by  Oliver’s Fine Foods and an amazing cake by Creme de la Creme.  Here are some of my favorites from their Mansfield Wedding.

I am so excited to share these! Vanessa and Paul are one of my past clients. These two are expecting a baby girl in August, and Vanessa wanted to surprise her husband with some portraits of her belly for her baby shower coming up soon. Here are a few of my favorites, it was so great getting to see her again! I can’t wait for their baby Layla to arrive!

Last week I was so honored to get to photograph little Jameson for his six month photos.  I have known both his parents since our days back at Boles Junior High and worked with Debra when she and Robby reconnected on Myspace. I was excited to get to meet their sweet  little boy and can’t wait to see how they continue to grow as a  family.

Last week I met up with Jessica and Matt who had me laughing and squealing about how adorable they are from the minute their session started.  Jessica and Matt are such a joyous couple who love to make each other laugh constantly. We started the session at the old post office in downtown Fort Worth and then ended the beautiful day at Heritage Park. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth engagement session.

Last weekend Lauren and Shane got married in a beautiful ceremony at University Christian Church followed by a rocking reception at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.  It was such an emotional day and I loved how Lauren expressed her love for friends and family with lots of tears. She  made the day sentimental by also including items from her mom and grandmother to wear. She had her mother’s broach on her bouquet and wore her grandmother’s engagement ring. The day was coordinated by the April Ragsdale from Princess Bride Productions, with floral by Lucy Walling at Weddings on the Boulevard and delicious cakes by Sweet Memories.  Here are some of my favorites from Lauren and Shane’s Fort Worth Wedding.

Eden & Finnley are growing SO fast!  I can’t believe it was just 6 months ago that I photographed their newborn session at Trish & Scott’s house.  It was amazing to see how they have developed and how different they are from one another as well.  I am sure by their one year birthday they will have me running after them!  This cuties are to die for and they did so good for me despite the heat at the Botanic Gardens a few weekends ago.  Here are some favorites from their second session of their Baby’s First Year Package.

I adore babies and more than just any baby I LOVE the babies of my past bride and groom’s.  It is so neat to see their families grow and meet the new additions.  Last week I had the great privilege of meeting sweet Avery Elizabeth, the daughter of my clients Jennifer and Max.  They were married last February and a year later welcomed this bouncing baby girl into their lives.  She is just beautiful with the most silky smooth skin I have ever seen and eyes to kill for.  Jennifer and I had a great time catching up and talking mommy talk at the studio and out on location.  I can’t wait to see how she grows and to get Max in front of my camera again.

Ginny and Blake’s reception was a non stop dance party.  The band the Party Machine kept everyone dancing all night long. Although we did stop for something unique during the reception. Ginny and Blake decided to light off Chinese fire lanterns with their guests. They chose the chines fire lanterns because it signifies blessings for the start of the Ginny and Blake’s new life as husband and wife. We did have a few close calls while letting them go into the air but they were a beautiful site watching the lanterns float off. Ginny and Blake also dedicated the last song of the evening to their parents for everything they have done for them and ended it by twisting and shouting with them. Here are some of my favorites from their romantics and reception.

Last weekend I had such a blast photographing Ginny and Blake’s wedding. Ginny and Blake’s day was full of non stop laughter and love.  Ginny and Blake have known each other since high school and you could tell how close their families are and how they enjoyed being with each other. It was such a fabulous day coordinated by Kay Watson and her team. Here are some of my favorites from their Prosper Wedding from the getting ready to the ceremony and some of my favorite details with flowers by the fabulous Darrell Ward.
