Last weekend I photographed my last wedding of the year in Ft. Worth at the Stonegate Mansion. Ryan and Keum were such a joy to be around, and I loved watching the joining of the two families. These two kept me laughing all night! Even though the rain stopped us from having their ceremony outside, we still managed to get some beautiful pictures at sunset.  The lovely Stonegate Mansion was a great venue, and they had beautiful flowers by Bridal Blooms! Here are a few of my favorites…

Last weekend I photographed Rachell and Adam at their wedding in the HEB. These two are so sweet to each other and I really enjoyed capturing their day. Both of these two are in the marines, and have been through a lot together. Adam is being deployed soon so the whole day was bittersweet and I am so happy that I got to serve them on their special day before he ships off to serve our country. Some of my favorite moments of the day were shared with the two of them and their families. I could definitely shared that these two lean on them as their rock, and you really have to when you are going through as much as they are as newlyweds. I wish them all the luck in the world and pray that Adam stays safe as he serves our country in the days to come.

Last week on a beautiful afternoon I met up with Kaitlin and Paul and we went around Fort Worth to one of my favorite spots, this amazing abandoned building. We then went to the TCU soccer field where Kaitlin and Paul have spent a lot of time at during their relationship since Paul works at TCU for the soccer teams. Kaitlin and Paul are such a fun goofy couple who enjoy just making each other laugh. They were adorable and would always end up putting their faces together as their signature look or Paul would bury his head into Kaitlin’s neck during their session. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth Engagement Session.

If you have gotten married in the last year you may have had this lovely lady as an assistant or second photographer at your wedding.  Michelle has been such a blessing to us and we are super sad to see her go but excited about what the future has for her.  In just a few weeks she will be getting married and joining her hubby in Arkansas.  There she will be launching her business and starting a life as  Mrs.  Before she left we needed to make sure she had some great images of her looking beautiful to use on her photography website and blog.  Michelle, we love you and a huge THANKS for all your hard work.

Last week I hung out with Amanda and Kyle for what we call an “Unbridaled” Session. These two were married a couple months ago and wanted a few more pictures than what we got on their wedding day. So we were able to get together in a more relaxed setting and take some beautiful shots for their album. I love when couples decide to do this! Its just another time great time of hanging out with them. Amanda and Kyle brought tons of fun props and we had a great time at a beautiful location. Here are a few of my favorites…

Last weekend Ginny & Blake came into town from Arkansas for their engagement session. We started out at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens and then walked around downtown Grapevine. They brought their two adorable dogs who will actually be playing a part in their April wedding. Ginny & Blake are an adorable couple who have known each other since high school. I cannot wait for their wedding in April. Here are some of my favorites from their Grapevine engagment session.

This past weekend Natalie and Jeremy got married in a beautiful downtown Fort Worth ceremony at Artspace 111.  It was a cool fall evening and I loved the colors and details Natalie incorporated to complete the feel of fall. Natalie is one of my best friend’s sister so I have been excited about this wedding all year and it was such an amazing night. Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth Wedding.

Last week I met up with Janie and Kelly for their Ft. Worth Engagement session. These two are tying the knot in February at the First United Methodist Church and the beautiful YWCA. I can’t wait! When I first met Janie a couple of months ago I knew I had to do her wedding! And when I met her fiance Kelly, I knew it was a match! We had a blast getting to know each other and I love all the bright, fun colors they wore. Here are a few of my favorites…

I met up with the Scott Family this past weekend at Eagle Mountain Park in north Fort Worth.  Lana & Michael’s kids are all grown up but soon Johnathan, Jeremy and Julianne will be getting married and the family will grow so Lana wanted to capture them as a group before the next stage of their lives.  I had so much fun getting to know them and hope that I get to capture some moments in the future with them (like when they all get married….in a very long time from now.)  icon smile Scott Family A Fort Worth portrait at Eagle Mountain Park

Here are a few favorites of their Fort Worth Family Portraits and a big THANK YOU to Lana for scouting out this location and even going to check on it and look at lighting before our session.  A++ for excellent location scouting for the the Scott family!

Last week I met up with Cacy and AC for their engagement session. These two met a couple years ago when they both went to TCU, so of course we had to stop there to take a few pictures! Their wedding is next year at TCU‘s Robert Carr Chapel and McDavid Studios. I can’t wait! I had a blast getting to know these two, and listening to AC sing to us girls all afternoon:) Here are a few of my favorites.
