Last Sunday I met up with Lily and Homer for their Ft. Worth Engagement session. We had a blast getting to know each other and laughing through the heat! These two are tying the knot in August at the Fort Worth Club. I’m super excited because its been a while since I’ve photographed there. Here are a few of my favorites.

P.S. I love the way they make each other laugh. It has to be the cutest thing ever.

Last Saturday I had a fantastic time as I photographed Tiffany and Jon on their wedding day, along with Sarah Halferty as my second for the day. They got married in a beautiful out door garden ceremony at one of my favorite new locations Artspace 111.  The garden provided beautiful tree coverage from the blazing  Texas sun and the backyard and patio offered a great place for eating and dancing.  The patio offered such a great dancing space where Tiffany and Jon were dancing machine. They even danced all the way out to their car.   Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth wedding

June 15, 2010 Rizy Family

Last week I photographed part of my own family. My brother Jake and his wife Lyndy are expecting their second child, a baby boy who will be born next week.  Before he comes I took some photos of them and their 3 year old daughter Audrey. Audrey was a typical 3 year old who wanted things her way during the session and wanted no photos alone. My dad, “Gramps” as Audrey calls him,  sat in for a few shots.  Here are some of my favorites from their Fort Worth portrait session.

Last week I got to hang out with Tabitha and Brad,  an amazing couple whose North Texas wedding I photographed back in September. I love getting to know my couples over the course of the months leading up to their weddings and I had a great time catching up with Tabitha and Brad.  We had a lot fun going to various locations around Fort Worth and we were very grateful for the occasional cool breeze on a hot Texas afternoon. Here are some of my favorites from their session.

I adore these two. Bret & Monica are very dear friends to my husband and I and so when Monica asked me to photograph her Azle wedding, I was thrilled! It has been great walking along side these two in their journey together. We got engaged around the same time, and Monica was a bridesmaid in my own wedding. I know she had tons of expectations and hopes for this day and I believe it turned out just the way they had dreamed for so long!

These two tied the knot at A&M Gardens out in Azle. It was the hottest day of the year but they came prepared with water bottles and popsicles! The day was beautiful, complete with amazing flowers by Bridal Blooms, tons of cute bird-inspired details from Etsy, and Toms shoes for all of the bridal party! I chose just a few of my favorites to share with you all today.

Love you both, may God bless the two of you in your marriage!

Last week I met up with Jennifer & Michael for a portrait session of just the two of them. Jennifer is the sister to one of my past clients, and it was great getting to see her and her new husband again! These two got married a few months ago at the court house and didn’t get any pictures of the two of them. So when Jennifer’s mom told me about suprising them with a portrait session I was thrilled to help her out! Here are a few of my favorites..

Amie and John are such a fun couple to hangout with. They came in bright clothing which was  a perfect match to their bright personalities. I had to take them to some of our fun colored walls by our Fort Worth Photography Studio in the Near Southside of Fort Worth and we then went to the Museum District.  Amie and John are getting married next May at the Aristide and I cannot wait until their wedding especially after they showed me some of their vogue dance moves. Here are some of my favorites.

Last weekend I drove out to Graham, TX to photograph Katie & Garrett at the Wildcatter Ranch. What a beautiful location! The ceremony sat upon a hill looking over a beautiful piece of land. It was definitely a picture perfect day-all except for the wind! Katie & Garrett decided to see each other for the first time before the ceremony in what we call a first look. We especially had fun as we drove around on a little golf cart up and down some really steep hills. We found a pasture of longhorns, and as we began to shoot as they all started to come up to the fence! It was such a great moment.
