Happy Earth Day!  As the world celebrates ways to be cleaner and kinder to the Earth this week I thought I would take the opportunity to share with our clients how we are GREEN.

This year Lightly & Tracy Autem Photography made the decision to go paperless.  Ok, so we are digital photographers and obviously clients still want prints (on paper) so we are not talking about cutting that out.  We have been phasing in an online studio management system that allows all of our correspondence, contracts and invoicing to be completely paperless.  We are happy to announce that as of 2011 booking year all of our clients will be fully integrated to this system and producing no paper with us!

We love things that make life easier for our clients by having all their account information available anywhere they go on their phone or at home and better yet we can leave one less thing behind on this Earth.  How are you GREEN?

Last Friday Katie and Garrett and I ventured out into downtown Ft. Worth trying to sneak past the rain. We had a blast getting to know eachother as we went around the Stockyards, and a few other fun spots I had found recently. Katie & Garrett are getting married next month at the Wildcatter in Graham, Texas. I can’t wait until their wedding! It sounds like it is going to be beautiful.

Michelle and Kyle are an adorable couple who will be getting married shortly on May 1. They came by the studio yesterday for a mini engagement session so I could get to know them before their big day.  We took a stroll around the block by our studio. I love getting to talk to my couples and discover the small connections we have before even meeting. I discovered Michelle is from a town in Florida near where I have family. Tiffany and Jon came by the studio for their engagement session and brought along their 3 rambunctious dogs. We started at some of my favorite walls around our studio and then headed to the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Tiffany and Jon are getting married in June at ArtSpace 111. I am so excited for their day. Tailer & Caine and I met up in Ft. Worth and enjoyed a beautiful Saturday morning together. With their rockin’ cowboy boots we had an awesome time on the industrial side of Ft. Worth, and then rocked a few fun walls over by our studio. These two are tying the knot in September out in Cleburne at Caine’s parents house. I can’t wait! It was a blast getting to know them, and these two love birds definitely gave me some steamy shots! Here are a few of my favorites…

Last weekend I met up with Jen & Jarrod at the Belmont Hotel in Dallas. With the awesome views of the city, and the vintage/retro vibe that it had it was the perfect spot for a fun engagement session! After we finished there we drove around a while, getting to know each other and finally found a beautiful park that seemed perfect to shoot in! It was great getting to know this couple, and I can’t wait until their wedding in May. Here are a few of my favorites…

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Annie Norvell, the daughter of one of our dear vendor friends, Kelly Norvell of Bridal Blooms. Kelly did the flowers for my wedding and did an amazing job. So when she asked me to take pictures of her daughter, I was thrilled!

The three of us had a blast exploring some fun walls in Ft. Worth as Annie’s infectious laugh filled the air. She told me about her plans to attend Texas A&M to become an architect. She is definitely a smart girl with a super cute smile. Here are some of my favorites…

I love how many different aspects Fort Worth has to offer. I spent one of Texas’s first beautiful spring afternoons exploring with Ashley and Tyson. We started out at a cute little cottage where their dog Newman joined us. We were then off to downtown where we walked along the streets and then went to a great industrial are. I am so excited to be photographing Ashley and Tyson’s reception in June after they return from their destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen.
