That’s all I have left until my very own wedding! I am so excited and trying to tie up all the final details before we fly off on Monday morning. We are so lucky because a great friend of mine is flying down to St John to photograph our wedding. Last week we ran around and took engagement pictures and they turned out AMAZING! Thanks Cristina for your amazing work and great friendship.

While I am away Sarah will be in and out of the office all week and taking care of answering my emails and taking care of all my clients! If you need anything just drop us an email and she will get back to you.

No new client meetings will be held while I am away on my honeymoon so if you are looking for a wedding photographer let us know and we will set something up for when I return.

Stephanie and Robert Rock! These two were just so awesome to hang out with last week. They will be getting married next year in HAWAII! I am going to have to do everything I can to convince them to take me with them because photographing them was such and honor and I am totally digging on tons of these pictures.

Robert is a real life park ranger down in Austin so he has that country flair and Stephanie is all city so opposites attract and make a perfect pair. We explored the stock yards and got that country flair that Robert was looking for and the urban look Stephanie wanted. I just adored that Robert sported his cowboy hat and that Stephanie donned some boots!

These are some of my favorites from the shoot and it was hard to pick a few! Good luck two and seriously….take me to Hawaii!

Last week I met up with Monica to photograph her recent addition, Mia Isabella. I had done her pregnancy pictures a while back and it was such a treat to see her new baby girl. Mia is Monica’s first baby and she spent the afternoon telling me stories of all the joys of being a mom. I can’t wait! I just love how tiny her little toes are. Congratulations Monica-see ya in couple of months!

On 6.7.08 Tiana married Delone Williams in Dallas Texas and Sarah and I were lucky enough to capture their day. We started our day off shooting in a hotel in downtown as the two went through all their preparations. They had their bachelor and bachelorete parties the night before and all their friends had joined them at the hotel. After a limo ride to the church (I drove but Sarah got to ride with the guys!) these two were married and then back up town to the Trammel Crow Center for their reception.

Super Sexy Earings and Shoes! Tiana passed on the traditional white shoes and wore these caramel colored alligator heels. Loved them!

What a good looking crew!He was so nervous walking down the aisle but you never would have know it at the end of the night. He was a dancing fool!

Married at Last!

The Trammel Crow Center served awesome food (Loved the fish!) and the couple used their engagement pictures on these cute incense bottles they gave to their guests.

They danced the night away at the reception. It was so much fun seeing all of their families hit the floor. All generations where out there laughing and having an awesome time. The DJ kept it going all night with some of the best hip hop mixes I have ever heard.

Last Saturday morning I had the privilege of spending the morning with Miles, Courtney and Kenny. What an eventful time it was! Miles, being 2, was full of energy and ran around the Botanic Gardens like a wild man. Wish I still had that kind of energy! We managed to get some pretty amazing shots, and how could you not with those gorgeous big brown eyes? They were such a joy to work with.

As I said in the last post Sarah and I played yesterday! These are the pictures she took of me. I love the series above because it gets me completely! Thanks Sarah for being such a great associate and bumming around with me for some fun photos.

This week Sarah and I had an adventure taking pictures of each other around the new studio! Here are some pictures I took of Sarah, my associate photographer. Part 2 will have shots of me by Sarah!

Last week I got to do something totally new and different! Latia and Courtney flew me down to Houston for the day for their engagement shoot. We had so much fun and I got to explore an entire new city for photo locations with these two. They mapped out a great route for us from downtown at the club where they met to a park near their home and ending up at the beach in Galveston!

Not only where the spots new fun and sweet I was able to get to know these two as I was carted around in their car all day. I had not met Courtney previously and I hadn’t seen Latia since October! These guys have a great sense of humor and now I know that Sonic Lemon Berry Slushes with extra Strawberries are the way to quench your thirst on a hot day! Here are some of my favorites!

On May 31st these two got hitched up in Azle at the A&M Gardens. Hans and I braved the heat and had a ton of fun with these two and their adorable children. These two have been sexy 100% of the time and it was more of that all day long. The looks from down the aisle, across the room and just generally in Rosa’s direction from Jaime are the kind all us girls long for. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.

Jamie has two great little boys who hammed it up for me all day long. I loved the faux hawk!

Sexy legs and Sexy Kisses!

Marsha and Jacob are S I L L Y! I loved hanging out with them a few weeks ago as we just explored some open fields near my home. These two crack me up and especially when I put the camera down. I would think the fun was over but nope, just as I was checking the back of my camera they were hamming it up and being super cute.

I love the triptic above because it so gets them – silly, fun and sweet. So many of their images just made me swoon. We had great light as the sun went down so that definitely played in our favor.

This is their first of two sessions. We hope to get together again later this month for a more “muddy” photo shoot…..you will have to check back to see.
